Seret kaki yang malas

Hari ini walaupun malas, walaupun kurang motivasi,walaupun mood "jiwa kacau " melanda, walaupun stress dengan senior manager yang poyoss, walaupun tayar kereta pancit waktu nak balik kerja, saya tabahkan hati kuatkan semangat pergi juga ke bootcamp.

And i feel much better now. I am good. Exercise make me feel good.

Benda baik ni memang selalunya adalah secara paksaan.

Pertama kali saya dapat poskad dari luar masa abang saya ke Singapura.

Waktu saya ke Medan, terpikir juga nak hantar poskad macam ni. Tapi at the end terlupa. Akan saya buat kalau ada rezeki ke Thailand n Indonesia nanti.

Push Up Bra

Sejak join bootcamp ni banyak la istilah2 exercise yang saya belajar. Push,lunges,squat,burpes,jumping lunges dan banyak lagi.

Hari ni bersempena nak mencapai cita2 menjadi seorang gadis yang boleh buat push up, saya nak cerita sikit. Kot2 la ada yang tak tahu.

Apa itu push up?

Push-ups tone up chest muscles and shoulders and strenghten the mid-section.
There is nothing better than building muscle to boost your metabolic rate and in the process getting a muscular physique.

The golden rule is that the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolic rate because muscle has a higher rate of calorie consumption. Exercises that use body weight are a great way to build muscle and can simultaneously increase endurance, improve cardio respiratory performance and burn fat!

Push-ups, squats, pull-ups, lunges are a few of the body weight exercises which effectively help you train your entire body and can be performed anytime and anywhere.

Push-ups not only recruit the muscles of the chest, shoulder, arms and upper back but also recruit muscles of your midsection for balance and stability..

Here is how to perform a basic push-up:

-With your feet together, place your palms on the floor with your elbows fully extended.

-Keep your back, hips, and legs in a straight line.

-Lower your body slowly towards the floor and stop when your elbow joints are in line with your shoulders.

-Pause for a moment. Begin straightening your arms to return to the start position.
Inhale as you lower yourself toward the floor and exhale as you push yourself up from the floor.

-Always keep your back straight. Stop doing push-ups when your lower back gets tired. Don't sag in the middle as this could lead to injury.


























If the basic push-up is difficult for you then you can perform push-ups with your knees touching the floor and build it from there.(hehe..saya buat yang ni je sekarang) .If the basic push-up is easy then you can try advanced push ups by keeping legs or hands on a stability ball.




















Even 10 minutes of body weight exercises everyday can help you enhance your fitness levels significantly and get you closer to your goal of acquiring a good looking body.

Tuesday Healthy Tips

Bersempana dengan yours truly yang berkobar2 nak kurangkan gula dalam kehidupan seharian.

Before kempen kurangkan gula,pagi saya minum Secawan nescafe + fresh milk + 2 tsp gula. Lunch time sure minum air manes punya. Malam pekena 3 in 1 milo ke,old town white coffee ke.

Sekarang ni rasakanlah hidup tak bergula. So far ok je lagi. Baru 2 minggu. Ada juga terkantoi tapi rasa kantoi time hujung minggu, breakfast kat kedai. Mana best tak pekena nescafe tarik. :)

Sepanjang 2 minggu ni takde la rasa mengidam semacam. Boleh je bekerja macam biasa. Takde la pulak menggigil kurang gula ke ape ke kan.


Senang cerita - OK je tak ambik refined sugar ni.
